This privacy policy clearly outlines how NebiOS and NebiSoft collect, process, store, and protect the personal data of users of their services. This document applies to all users who utilize the services.

NebiOS

• Collected Data:
  • NebiOS Version: The information regarding which version of NebiOS the user is using is collected only for analytical purposes and is collected per access. This data is not collected consistently.
  • Hardware and Local Data: We do not have access to users' hardware information or local data stored on the system.
• Optional Data:
  • Any additional content or settings provided by users on the platform.

Nebi.One (planned service, currently NebiSoft Services)

• Required Data:
  • Email Address
  • Visible Name (your real name is not mandatory)
  • Username
  • Basic Device Information (such as user agent)
  • Uploaded Content
• Optional Data:
  • Profile Settings (such as avatar and other customization options)
  • Phone Number and Location
  • Improvement Reports

NebiSearch (planned service)

• Collected Data:
  • IP Address
  • User Agent
• Optional Data: No personal data is collected.

NebiMusic (planned service)

• Collected Data:
  • Play History (such as how many times a song has been played)
  • Current State (which song is playing, and the position in the song)
• Optional Data:
  • Additional data may be collected depending on the user.

NebiVPN (planned service)

• Collected Data: We make an effort not to log any user data.

Websites (nebios.org, nebisoftware.com, etc.)

• Collected Data:
  • Cookie Information: Site preferences, language settings, session information (if the user logs in).
• Optional Data:
  • Marketing purposes such as download counts and traffic data may be collected.

2. Data Usage

• Service Provision: The collected data will be used to enable users' access to NebiOS and NebiSoft services, to improve these services, and to enhance the overall user experience. The user's data will only be used to the minimum extent necessary, ensuring privacy is prioritized.
• Analytics and Statistics: Data such as which NebiOS version is being used is collected only for analytical purposes. These data will be used exclusively to improve the service and user experience.

3. Data Sharing

• Third-Party Sharing: Data will only be shared with third-party content providers if the user actively accesses content from these providers. These third parties may have different privacy policies that provide additional details on how they handle user data. However, NebiSoft will not share user data with third parties without user consent.
• Data Sale: User data will never be sold. Data is only used for service provision and analytical purposes.

4. Data Retention

• Retention Period: User data will be automatically deleted or anonymized when the account is closed or deleted. Analytical data (usually numbers) cannot be deleted but will be used solely for anonymous analysis.
• Account Closure: NebiCloud accounts can be deleted by the user, and all data will be automatically deleted. NebiChat accounts can be deactivated, but manual communication may be required for data deletion. Users can export, edit, or delete their data before closing their account.

5. Security and Encryption

• Data Security: User data is protected by high security measures. Sensitive data in the database is encrypted using AES-256, and passwords are hashed using industry-standard hashing algorithms. These methods are applied in compliance with industry standards to ensure data security.
• Encryption Standards: User data is protected using AES-256 encryption and industry-standard hashing algorithms, making the data inaccessible to third parties.
• HTTPS and E2E Encryption: HTTPS protocol is used for web and application communication. Additionally, end-to-end encryption (E2E) is used where possible to further strengthen data security.

6. User Rights

• Data Access and Modification: Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data. However, analytical data (usually consisting of numbers) cannot be deleted.
• Data Export: Users can export, modify, or remove their data from the settings screen or from folders uploaded to NebiCloud. This allows users to manage their data more flexibly.

7. Cookie Policy

• Cookies and Session Data: Our websites use essential cookies (site preferences, language settings) and session data (if the user logs in). Users cannot use our websites without accepting cookies. If users reject cookies, their experience on the website may be limited.
